"Little rad Corvette..."

Byron Mathioudakis

It’s an aural feast with a sprinkling of visual titillation, as Chevrolet’s next-gen C7 Corvette strip tease unfurls.

Granted, with the blurred black and white slow-mo ice-machine imagery straight from the US book of video cliches, it is better to close your eyes and turn the volume up at 11 seconds instead, to drink in the all-new Gen-V V8’s siren-call snarl.

But jab the mute exactly five seconds later to miss the totally excruciating poindexter voiceover.

Meanwhile, to tide you over before the global unveiling on January 13, here is a camouflaged image sprung from Gran Turismo 5. Enjoy!
